Great thread! I did not see the variant I've got in my collection. Admittedly I know next to nothing about these. Is this one any good? No provenance - though it did come out of a collection with lots of good stuff (but not without some old fakes). -

I checked those out 66 Cobra. Those are the wire cutter versions which are commercially available. They are selling these as the ones that were accepted by the USMC and thus extremely rare. Either out of ignorance or pure larceny. Eickhorn currently makes them for the Bundeswehr G6 rifle and has a Nato version. Eickhorn has them at $300 USD (257 Euros). There are 2 on Gunbroker for around $800 which is way more than what I paid for the real thing. -
