For what it’s worth, I absolutely agree with Kirk. Navy items “dolled up” and not regulation were quite popular as women’s wear and I think that is exactly what your hat is. I have seen blue jumpers with yellow stripes and stars instead of white, and I purchased a red jumper with blue stripes and stars as a part of the large collection I acquired and I think both were worn by fashionable women. Thanks for sharing the hat. -
