Hi David, unfortunately the number painted on the hood is the vehicle's military registration number, and is completely unrelated to the unit it was assigned to. Can you post the pic? -

I appreciate the comments friends. Love the collection and love the pic of your Dad on the farm. I have 5 of these now due to the disease I have. 1 of anything collectible seems never to be enough. Well within reason anyway. lol I am more intrigued by these cover alls, for some reason, than I am by the frog skin uniform shirt and pants. By the way, these coveralls are a lot lot cheaper than the frog skin uniforms. And they pop up on ebay often enough that you can snag a pair sometimes sort of reasonably for todays prices. I saw one thats on ebay now thats spattered with white paint from a UK seller. Only asking over $700.00 for those..... Only... lol And ruined with white paint too! I'l pass on those...... :-) -
